Job Description

* A BA/BFA or higher in Graphic Design, Web Design & Development, or related degree
* 7-10 years relevant B2B industry experience as a designer engaged in conceptual development, execution, presentation, and innovation on interactive, collaborative projects
* Strong online portfolio of enterprise-level, B2B web, tablet, and mobile applications that demonstrates a mastery of aesthetics and an understanding of user-centered design

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Expert knowledge of XHTML/DHTML/CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Fireworks; working knowledge of HTML 5, CSS3, and assorted other Adobe CS6 applications
* Supreme attention to pixel-level detail and a demonstrated mastery of graphic & web design techniques, typography, web graphic production, palette development, photo editing, and intuitive page layout
* A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility (i.e., 508 compliance), responsive design, and SEO
* Strong creative, visual, and communication skills and an ability to work independently and with a group
* Proven ability to act as a leader in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, all within a user-centered design process
* Proven ability to lead initiatives involving x-functional representatives

Desired Qualifications
* Working knowledge of Javascript and/or ExtJS
* Experience with agile development
