Must be registered with Haryana or Punjab Medical Council or with any other duly constituted Medical Council in India.

Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard

Application fee:-

General / Dependent ESM of Haryana:- Rs.500/-

SC / BC / EBP / SBC / Ex-Servicemen of Haryana and women candidates of all categories throughout the Country:- Rs. 125/-

No fee for Physically Handicapped of Haryana
