Job Title: Manager – IMS Center of Excellence
Location: Mumbai
Job Description:
- Familiarity in remote IT infrastructure management service (IMS) operational skills
- Planning talent requirements for IMS COE in consultation with heads of different functional and operational areas supporting the strategic goals and capabilities of the BU / Organization.
- Ability to understand and relate to latest technologies in Java, .Net, LAMP, etc., with track record of handing projects involving the same
- Ability to generate and implement ideas that could become future technology offerings from the IMS BU.
- Understand issues related to Intellectual Property (IP) and how to create and manage the same.
- To pro-actively assist with the redeployment of COE resources to challenging billable assignments in emerging technologies as well as training other resources in the same to maximize the revenue earning capacity of the IMS BU
Education:
BE, B.Tech
Experience: 7+ yrs (2-4 years as COE Head , 5-7 years into Sr. Mgmt Role)
